Over 10+ years, I've led teams through rebuilding systems from the ground up, consolidating fragmented tools into one coherent platform, and taking products from 0 to 1 as a founding designer. I get close to the real complexity, build the evidence to get people aligned, and give the people around me enough structure to move fast without pulling in different directions.
